If you are looking to send email on a domain name that is registered with UK Superweb then you can do this by using the outgoing mail server (SMTP) provided by your broadband or dial up supplier known as your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Once you have your ISP's outgoing SMTP mail server information you can start sending email on your domain.

You can also send email using the UK Superweb outgoing SMTP mail server as long as your domain is registered with us and you have email activated on your account. Add smtp.uksuperweb.co.uk to your outgoing mail settings, in order to use the UK Superweb mail server to send emails, you must first activate SMTP relay on your e-mail account. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." If you did not change the SMTP relay section, select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". If you changed the user name and password in the SMTP relay section of your Manage Email Accounts page, select "Log on using" and enter the user name and password.
