Online return policy
If you have a problem with any of the goods we supply, you should phone us on 0845 0450210 between 10.00 am and 17.00 pm (Monday/Friday) and we will be pleased to offer you technical support. If we are unable to rectify the problem over the phone you will be asked to return the component or software for testing. All warranties are return to base. We charge a 25% restocking charge on all goods that are returned in original condition and tested in our workshop and found to be in working order. Any shortages/damages in your delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours by phone and if required in writing within three working days using land or e-mail. If your returns request is for a non-tangible product relating to an Internet service provided by us to you, please email support@uksuperweb.co.uk
