This service can be set-up alongside any domain registered with us, our system will automatically send all email received on your domain (anything@yourdomain.co.uk) to a 3rd party account you specify (tim@aol.com for example). Email forwarding is the low-cost way of getting an easier to remember email address without having to set-up a pop3 mail box. Pop3 mail boxes on a single domain are available at £10 per year in blocks of 5. If you wish to manage your own email using exchange server no fee is applicable.

Individual and Group Email which is for you?

A bare minimum you require email to communicate across the Internet with colleagues, friends or clients. Your needs can normally be met by one of the following choices:

  • Individuals - The most common form of email account is called a POP box. Any email sent to you is stored on our servers until you choose to go online and check to see if you have new email. Email can be downloaded using a mail program the most common being Outlook Express supplied with your operating system. Also see WebMail as an alterative way of reading your email.

  • Group Email - if more than one person requires their own e-mail address in your organisation, the best solution is to have a POP box for each person, each of which operates in the same way as above. You may, however, prefer to adopt an 'email to desktop' approach, more commonly referred to as SMTP mail delivery.
